Our standard turnaround time is the "same day" if we receive your product by latest 10am. However, orders received after 10am will be completed within 24 hours (Meaning if you if we recieve your order by 5pm, it will be ready the next day at 5pm). For large orders, please contact us for a tailor-made timeline.

Absolutely! We provide a digitized version of your design for approval before we begin the embroidery process. Please note: Delaying the approval of your design may delay the order completion.
